Effective 28 September 2026. These terms cover the website www.manifestlings.com and the manifestlings app. By using either, you agree to them. If the app is distributed through the App Store or Google Play, the store's own terms apply as well.
What manifestlings is
manifestlings is a game with a virtual pet, guided meditations and a writing practice. It is entertainment and a companion for a daily routine. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a professional.
What it does not promise
Writing a wish in the app, catching it in a run or finishing a meditation does not cause anything to happen outside the app. We make no claim that manifestlings produces any result in your life, health, relationships or finances. Any language in the app about "manifesting" describes the game and your practice, not an outcome.
Your content
The words you write in the app are yours. They are stored on your phone and, because you sign in, a copy is kept on our servers so they come back on another phone. We do not read them, sell them or use them to train anything; the privacy policy explains exactly what is stored and where.
Your account
You sign in with Apple, Google or an email address. Keep your sign-in to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (You, then Account and privacy), or by writing to us. Deleting it removes your data from our servers; it does not cancel a subscription, which is managed by Apple or Google (see below).
Our content
The characters, art, audio, text and code of manifestlings and of this website belong to manifestlings and its licensors. You may take screenshots and share them, and talk about the app anywhere you like. You may not copy the assets into another product, sell them or present them as your own.
Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features over time. We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. If a change matters, we will say so on this site.
Purchases
Free. Every new account gets 7 days with everything open. After that, a free core stays open for as long as you use the app, with no payment needed.
Premium. manifestlings Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, sold monthly or yearly. The price, the length of any free trial and what Premium includes are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
Renewal and cancelling. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings. If you start a free trial and do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the subscription starts and is charged. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds and restoring. Purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's refund rules; we cannot issue refunds ourselves. If you change phones, use Restore purchases in the app to bring Premium back.
Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard end user licence agreement.
Warranty and liability
The app and the website are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the place where you live.
